当ＨＰ掲載の画像は、ロイヤリティフリーです。ご自由にお使いいただけます。
ただし、無加工の画像を再配布、印刷物の公開、インターネットでの公開、販売することを禁じます。
加工済みの画像につきましては、3DCG等のレンダリング画像、マッピング画像、
またはアートの素材として加工済みの作品のみご自由に公開いただけます。
万一、無加工の画像の公開をマテリアルジャパン（materialjapan.net）が発見した場合には、
法的措置を含む対応をさせていただきます。
商用利用について
肖像権が存在する商品（シリーズ中の人物画像を含む素材集）のみ、
マテリアルジャパン（info@materialjapan.net）へ申告していただくこととなります。
肖像権が発生しない画像についての商用利用は、ユーザーが二次加工した作品である限り、これを認めます。
具体的にはレンダリング画像、イラストレーション、コラージュ等です。
モデルを含む画像の商用利用につきましては、肖像権を保有するモデルとの別途契約があり、
新たに使用料が発生することとなりますので、ご注意ください。
具体例としては、写真をほぼ未加工のまま印刷物、WEB等の広告や作品に使用する場合です。
ユーザーが二次加工した３DCG用テクスチャーなどはこれに該当しません。
モデルの本人特定が困難になる場合においては商用利用もご自由に行っていただけます。
私的使用、趣味の範囲での使用につきましては自由にお使いいただけます。
マテリアルジャパン（materialjapan.net）は、当HP画像の著作権を放棄いたしません。
マテリアルジャパン（materialjapan.net）は、当HPの画像について著作権を保有します。
掲載モデルは当HPの画像について肖像権を保有します。
マテリアルジャパン（materialjapan.net）は、掲載モデルの肖像権を当HPの画像についてのみ管理しています。
